7. Exchange Policy (Damaged/Defective Only)

Our exchange policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact info.savyour.shop@gmail.com with photo evidence of the defect.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Damaged Items: We accept returns exclusively for damaged or faulty products. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt.

  • Change of Mind: To maintain our low pricing model, we do not accept returns or refunds for "change of mind."

  • Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
