1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately. We require photo or video evidence of the issue to process your claim.

  • Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you may initiate a return within 3 days of delivery.

2. Return Shipping

  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error or a damaged product, Savyour Shop will cover the full cost of return shipping.

  • Standard Returns: For returns based on dissatisfaction or "change of mind," the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. The Refund Process

  2. Details: Please provide your Order Number and the specific reason for the return.

  3. Instruction: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Important Notes

  • Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original, resellable condition. Items that show signs of use or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

  • Direct-to-Consumer Model: Because we ship directly from our wholesale partners to keep your costs low, return addresses may vary. Please do not "Return to Sender" without contacting us first, as your package may not reach the correct processing facility.
