Based on first use, great product. I used the pushup function and the ab roller. Total of 50 deep pushups and ab rolls. No cheat pushups. I tried a different hand position with each set of 10. By the end, my arms were struggling. Very effective. Ab roller is an ab roller, it burns. Used it about twenty minutes ago and my arms are still feeling the pump.Overall feels sturdy, good grips, and the variety of positions makes it interesting to use. It also comes with a bag for easy transport or storage.
